
Military ID / NEATS Card Creation
All Buccs will be issued a Military ID as well as a NEATS Card.
The Military ID (similar to an 11B) is primarily used for base access but it is also used as a US ID, which will be required when you register at the base medical center, when you apply for a drivers license or state ID and when you checkout at BX or Commissary.
The NEATS Card (similar to an ISAC) is primarily used to access your work terminals.
Here we will detail the respective processes.
Military ID Creation
Pre-requisite: DD-1172 Form (induction docket), Passport, 11B, marriage certificate (if applicable) and children's birth certificates (if applicable)
If you do not have a DOD ID, begin at step 1. If you have a DOD ID from previous postings in the US, regardless of whether you remember your DOD ID number, begin at step 3.
1. If this is your first time posting in to PC V, proceed to the Military Personnel Flight (MPF) customer support office located on the first floor at the Gunfighter HQ (Building 1305). Click here to navigate there. Using the terminal near the entrance, register and take a queue number. When your name is called, the staff serving you will write a DOD ID Number on your DD-1172.
2. Bring your DD-1172 to Ms Denae or Mr Don in the PC V Ops Building (Building 1364). Click here to navigate there. They will create a profile for you using your DOD ID Number.
3. Make your way (back) to the Gunfighter HQ (Building 1305), Military Personnel Flight (MPF) customer support office located on the first floor. Click here to navigate there. Using the terminal near the entrance, register and take a queue number. When your name is called, the staff serving you will capture your photo for your ID. You will collect your ID when it is ready.
4. After you have collected your ID, proceed to the room diagonally across the hall from the MPF to have your ID activated. Then head to DBITS to have them activate it too.
NEATS Creation
Pre-requisite: nil

Request the PC V USAF Security Managers, Mr Don or Mr Gerry, to submit a request to the Communications Squadron for a NEATS card for you. Obtain the relevant ticket number from them.

Once your NEATS Card is ready, Mr Don or Mr Gerry will inform you either personally or through your sponsors.

Proceed to the communications squadron to pick up and register your NEATS card. Click here to navigate there.

Once you collect your NEATS card, complete the required tests (CUI, DAF - OpsSec and Force Protection) on your work terminal and submit screenshots of the relevant certificates to Mr Gerry.
