Induction Programme

All personnel should receive an induction docket containing the following items​

  1. AFSAT (Medical) Card, 1 for each family member 

  2. Tri-care form

  3. Admin Induction Checklist

  4. Ops First Flight Checklist (Aircrew/AWO only)

  5. Logs Induction Checklist (Logs only)

  6. PDPA Form

Admin Induction

Your respective sponsors will be guiding you along with all these items. Should you not have a sponsor, please approach PC V Induction Team.

1) CAC / Neats card creation
- Refer to the CAC card tab for more information

2) Registering yourself and your family members at flight medicine
​
3) Submission of necessary admin documents (as per checklist)
​
4) Reading up on PC V Standing Orders in PC V shared folder
​
5) Get yourself added on all outreach platforms and Microsoft Teams, if you have not done so. 
​
6) SRO and Spouse engagement
​
7)  All other briefs by respective stakeholders as per checklist
- take note to complete safety, security and regimental/discipline brief within 2 weeks of post in.
