Pre-Flight / Departure
These are the essential items you will need to handcarry with you:

Transport from Home to Changi Airport
Transport from Home to Changi Airport can be claimed under OneNS - Embarkation Trip.

Transport from Boise Airport to Mountain Home
Coach

Mainly for large incoming groups

No payment needed, PC V Admin Team will pay for the group
Taxi

Self-pay and claim after using Microsoft Teams and Defencemail

Approx $100-$150

PC V Induction Team will assist with the booking of your taxi and provide all the details you require.

Do let the PC V Induction Team know your requirements (i.e no. of luggages, pax, pets, crates etc)

Temporary Accommodation
Temporary accommodation is provided for all personnel.
If you are already allocated a house in-base or have signed a lease for out-base housing, you are entitled to a max of 3 nights overlapping with your lease start date. For instance, if your lease starts on 1 Nov 2024, you can stay in the hotel from 1-3 Nov 2024 and check out on 4 Nov 2024.
If you do not have a house allocated yet (in-/out-base), you can stay in the hotel up to 14 nights from your arrival date. In the very rare case where you still don't have a house after 14 days, please seek PC V Admin Team's support.

Sponsors
Sponsors are fellow PC V brothers/sisters that will help you and your family settle in smoothly, guide you around Mountain Home Town, Base and also Boise area.
Sponsors will be allocated by PC V Induction Team upon your arrival and will link up with you prior to you touching down in Boise.
The induction program for you should have been planned out weeks prior to your arrival. Link up with your sponsors for more details or specific requests.

Others
Delayed Baggage
- In the event of any delayed baggage, please approach the airline counter and have them deliver to your temporary accommodation in Mountain Home
Entry to Base
- Entry to base will require your passport since you haven't gotten your US ID yet. However, if there is any issues with getting in, do contact your sponsors or PC V Induction Team.
