Sick Call / Upchit at Flight Medicine
Monday - Friday (except Wed): 0730-0800hrs & 1300-1330hrs
Wednesday: 1000-1030hrs & 1300-1330hrs

Registration for Inductees
Pre-requisite: Military ID Card

Head to Patient Administration (second floor, take a left from the staircase) with your spouse and dependents to register.

(Ops Aircrew/GCI only) Thereafter, proceed to Flight Medicine (first floor, take a right from the entrance) to schedule your PHA. Your spouse and dependents do not need a PHA. Bring your HSP and FFI documents for your PHA.
